Under bright sunshine the annual Arts, Beats & Eats festival continued Saturday afternoon. The annual event will run on the streets of downtown Royal Oak through Monday. Sunday’s headliners on the Jim Beam National Stage are the Gin Blossoms and Chevelle. Monday, the Pop 2000 Tour will be followed by Keith Sweat.
