Embarking on our 25th year in this amazing industry, it’s incredible how quickly time has flown. I vividly remember being 11 years old, traveling to shows across the country with my dad. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world—a bunch of guys hanging out, always laughing. From the very start, this journey has been a huge part of my life.

From learning how to pack a tin of chew at 11 (though it was just shredded beef jerky!) to life lessons I didn't realize I was absorbing until I looked back, these memories are precious. This picture really brought back a flood of those old memories.

The first picture is of me holding up Paul Hinman son, Jack Hinman , when he was about 3-4 years old. The next picture, taken this weekend, is 18 years later—Jack holding my son, who is now 3 years old and joining me at tradeshows. It’s a beautiful reminder of the bigger picture in life.

A big thank you to my dad (Bob Alfieri) for always taking me to these shows, no matter what, and including me on this amazing journey. We still work side by side every day, and I feel very honored to have been raised by someone like you. Your guidance has helped me to do the same for my sons.

What I’ve learned in recent years is that time is a thief, but memories like these are treasures that no one can take away. Take the time, slow down, and enjoy the journey you’re on.

To all the amazing fathers out there, Happy Father’s Day! Today, I find myself reflecting deeply on what it means to be a father. With two wonderful sons of my own, I now fully grasp the profound joy, responsibility, and love that come with fatherhood. Every day is a new adventure, and with every laugh, tear, and tender moment, I understand a little more about the incredible journey of being a dad.

I’ve been unbelievably fortunate to have my dad as my guide. He’s been my anchor and my compass, teaching me through his actions and his unwavering support what it truly means to be a father. His love, strength, and wisdom have shaped me into the person I am today, and I strive to be the same pillar of strength and source of unconditional love for my sons.

Growing up in this industry, I was surrounded by remarkable men who showed me the many facets of fatherhood. Their kindness, dedication, and sacrifices have left an indelible mark on my heart. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I believe it also takes a community of fathers to raise a good dad.

Today, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to every father who has been part of my journey. Your guidance and example have been invaluable. To my dad, thank you for being my hero and my guide. To all the fathers out there, thank you for your endless love and dedication.
