Notify Insurance Company- Call your insurance company as soon as possible to let them know about the incident. Avoid discussing the details of your injuries as it could be used against you when you file your claim.

Melody Fox was born in the Philippines and grew up traveling the continental United States with her military family. She graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Melody then went on to attend John Marshall Law School.

After law school, Ms. Fox worked for the Georgia Attorney General’s office in the Medicaid Fraud division. She also gained valuable experience working at one of the largest criminal defense firms in the metro-Atlanta area as a lead trial lawyer.

Ms. Fox’s focus has always been on representing the client’s best interests and advocating on their behalf. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted in all Georgia courts.

Chris J. Fox was born in Johnson City, Tennessee. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from East Tennessee State University (“ETSU”). He attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Chris earned his Juris Doctorate, passed the Georgia Bar Exam, and was sworn in as an attorney in the State of Georgia in 2014.

Chris began his legal career with the DeKalb County Conflict Defender’s Office. Whilst practicing law, he met his wife, Melody Fox, and assisted in building a personal injury firm in the South Metro Atlanta area. Chris and Melody worked together in developing and growing this personal injury firm into a highly successful law office.

After 4 years and a great deal of success at the previous firm, Chris and Melody agreed that it was time to for the two of them to create their own law firm. Thus, at the beginning of 2023, Fox Injury Law was born!
