1 package chocolate cake mix
¾ cup marshmallow(40 g)
¾ cup graham cracker(65 g), crushed
½ cup oil(120 mL)

Combine cake mix, marshmallows, graham crackers, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
Using an ice cream scoop or your hand, form golf ball-sized balls of cookie dough and transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Cinnamon Brown Sugar Sweet Potato Wedges
Ingredients
for 1 serving
1 sweet potato
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
MAPLE CINNAMON DIPPING SAUCE
½ cup greek yogurt(145 g)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
Cut sweet potato into wedges. Place in large bowl.
Heat up coconut oil in microwave in 15-second intervals until melted. Mix in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour mixture into large bowl of sweet potatoes wedges. Mix together until evenly coated.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until soft. For best results, flip halfway.
While wedges are baking, prepare dipping sauce by combining ingredients in a small bowl and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ cup 2% plain greek yogurt(120 g)
⅓ cup honey(115 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups wheat flour(195 g)
1 cup blueberry(100 g)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
In a medium bowl, mash bananas. Mix eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda into mixture.
Add flour and mix.
Add blueberries and gently fold into mixture.
Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch (23 x 13 cm) bread pan. Bake for about 50 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the bread. (Baking times may vary, so keep an eye on the bread.)
Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.

2-ingredient Chocolate Soufflé
Ingredients
for 1 serving
½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread(150 g)
2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place into two bowls.
Mix the chocolate hazelnut spread into the bowl with the egg yolks.
In the second bowl, whisk 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold ⅓ of the whipped egg whites into the chocolate/egg yolk mixture until fully incorporated. Add the remaining egg whites to the mixture and fold gently, but thoroughly, until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin. Clean the rims so the soufflé rises evenly, and bake for 15-17 minutes.
Serve immediately.

2 cups flour(250 g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 ½ cups milk(355 mL)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
12 raspberries
¼ cup blueberry(25 g)
½ banana, sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add in eggs, melted butter, and maple syrup. Whisk. Add in milk and whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.
Evenly distribute the batter in a 12-cup nonstick muffin tin. Top with fruit and chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Lemon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
for 8 servings
LEMON CAKE
3 cups all-purpose flour(375 g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup unsalted butter(230 g), 2 sticks, room temperature
2 cups granulated sugar(400 g)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 tablespoons lemon zest
¼ cup lemon juice(60 mL)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk(240 mL)
nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
LEMON GLAZE
½ cup granulated sugar(100 g)
¼ cup lemon juice(60 mL)
LEMON ICING
2 cups powdered sugar(240 g), sifted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 lemon, zested
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
Make the cake: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and salt with an electric hand mixer until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until fully incorporated before adding the next. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla and beat to combine.
Add half the flour and beat to combine, then beat in the milk, then add the rest of the flour and beat just until incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and make sure any floury spots are incorporated.
Grease a 10-inch (25-cm) bundt pan with nonstick spray. Spoon the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Gently tap the pan against the counter to release any air bubbles.
Bake the cake for 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, make the lemon glaze: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar and lemon juice. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside.
Make the lemon icing: Sift the powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Add the lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
After the cake is done baking, let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack set over a baking sheet and remove the bundt pan. Use a knife to loosen the cake around the edges, if needed.
Use a skewer or fork to poke holes all over the top and sides of the cake. Brush the cake with the lemon glaze. If the glaze drips off, let the cake cool for a few more minutes, then continue brushing on the glaze. Let cool completely, at least 1 hour.
Pour the icing over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides. Grate lemon zest over the icing. Let the glaze dry completely, about 30 minutes.
Transfer the cake to a serving platter, slice, and serve.

3 eggs
½ cup greek yogurt
½ cup maple syrup(168 g)
¼ cup milk(60 mL)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 carrots, shredded
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour(195 g)
1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
FROSTING
8 oz light cream cheese(225 g), softened
¼ cup maple syrup(84 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.
Add in the Greek yogurt and whisk again until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Pour in the maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture again until smooth.
Add the shredded carrots, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon over the wet ingredients. Using a rubber spatula, fold the wet and dry ingredients together just until combined.
Using a medium ice cream scoop, portion the batter into a greased 12-cup muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the muffins have risen and set.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
Add in the maple syrup and vanilla and beat again until the mixture is well combined.
Once the muffins have cooled, use a small ice cream scoop to spoon a bit of the frosting on top of the muffins. Gently tap the muffins on the counter to smooth out the layer of frosting on top.
