Hey! New summer hours start next week! We'll be open Wednesday thru Sunday, 8 AM to 3 PM.

And then we're going to close up all the way between July 1 thru July 10, returning you to our regularly scheduled program on the 11th!

Tooley's bar drinks are the BEST way to escape this Arizona heat.

Also shrubs and tepache. Those will be ready not tomorrow, but the next Saturday. Okay?

We made yogurt. We made granola. We put berries on the yogurt.

This is our turkey. We just pulled it out of the oven, tossed the onions and bay leaves, basted it in its own fat and are now letting it calm down, relax, chill, and reabsorb the fat back into itself. Maybe it's not the prettiest, but we love it.

Yogurt. We're doing it with the sous vide thing because it's fun and also kinda cool and kind of silly but also it works. It'll be ready in the morning. I'll show you the whole setup then.

Now it's done. Now you can have it. For here, for sale, for fermented fresno hot sauce, done basically like our fermented jalapeno, but with, you know, fresno chiles.

Special for Sunday 5/26! Rose and lavender roasted, honey drizzled galette! We had a bunch of fancy carrots and thought Hmmmmm... Come, have a galette, have a drink, stay a while.
