Saturday, June 8th is our last day for business before break so come in at our normal hours from 11 AM - 8PM. We may close earlier depending on if we still have available items and ingredients so the earlier the better!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers who love Ikkyu and say that it is delicious. 　Thank you very much.
Sometimes we think it's important to express our gratitude to our customers in words.
Actually, today we made a mistake that made the customer uncomfortable. It wasn't intentional　and the customer complimented us on our efforts, advised us to be careful with other customers, and kindly hung up on us. I was really grateful.
Sometimes when I read reviews, some people like Ikkyu's food and some people hate it. Each person has a different sense of taste and has their own preferences. That's why we have to work so hard that even people who don't like Ikkyu want to try it again. However, some reviews say, ``Don't go to Ikkyu.'' I think that's the wrong post. I don't know how much influence the person who wrote it had, but I think it's each person's choice whether or not to follow Ikkyu.
There are already four months left this year. We will work hard to make 2023 even more successful than ever.

Hiro and other employees will go to Japan for the first time in three years to take care of our aging mothers. Three weeks closed is a long time, but we would like to make the most of this reunion with our Japanese family, whom we haven't seen in a while. Thank you for your understandings.

We have a request.
If you place an order by phone or online, please be sure to come pick it up. If you want to cancel, please call us. This happened recently. Received an online order, we made it on time, but they didn't pick it up. We called many times and left messages, but no response, and in accordance with health department rules, I discarded it after 4 hours. After that, this customer asked the bank for a refund of the money, and our claim was rejected, and we were refunded the item cost of over $150.00. $150.00 is a lot of money for us. It wasted time, wasted food, and lost sales.
Every year, there are cases where we do not come to pick up even if we receive such an order, and there is a loss of about $1000 .00.
Even ONE dollar in sales is the profit we earn by working hard every day. Don't let that work go to waste. Don't drink soda or iced tea from a water cup just because you're drinking water. It's unfair to people who lie to us and pay to drink soda.
Please, Please come and pick it up after ordering. Please pay properly for paid drinks.

Our last business day was very busy and very happy day. One of new customers sent us a message :

“Today was our first time eating at this establishment. It will most definitely not be our last. The food was authentic and delicious! Thank you!”

We are very grateful and perfect end of 2022!
