As restaurants are being able to re-open on May 11, Saffron Indian Bistro wants to approach this cautiously as the health and well-being of our guests and employees are the top priority. As we prepare for the new normal, we are following the CDC and putting into place the highest level of care and safety for you all.

With that being said, we feel it is right to not rush into opening and therefore take an additional week and open on May 18. We will continue to provide take outs, city-wide deliveries and curbside pick ups. Our priority is YOU and it will remain always.
