Ricotta is the star of the show this week. Our crew’s whim is a white pie with mozzarella and fontina cheeses, pickled fresno chilis, red onion, crispy kale, and finished with lemon salt and the most delicious house made ricotta.
The crew’s whim this week is an upgraded bacon & egg pizza! Pizza sauce, mozzarella, egg, bacon, sausage, and shaved grana 🍕
We have numerous vegetarian and vegan options but the vegan pizza is a veggie lover’s dream. Classic pizza sauce, roasted eggplant, red pepper, crimini mushroom, caramelized onion, and we suggest a sprinkle of nutritional yeast too!
