The Low Down: Fourth Avenue's Cozy Hangout Spot Gets a New Menu Earlier this month, the team parted ways with The Drunken Chicken name and introduced Fourth Avenue to their new concept, The Low Down.
A farewell message to our friends, family, and guests. We would love to thank you all for the support and love you have given us the last 6 years! Tonight is our last night that we will be open.
