This cocktail is spirit forward and smooth with delicate fruit notes.

“Think slightly roasted orange peels” Isaiah tells us when describing this cocktail. Isaiah is our old head mixological master here at Juniper. You can find him downtown at our little bar, and slinging cocktails over at . Aside from mixing up alcoholic magic all over town, Isaiah loves roller blading, being a D&D game master, and fixing up his motorcycle.

If you love a Negroni but you think it’s just too damn hot out to drink one, this cocktail is for you. Simple, refined, a sweet citrusy take on a classic.

“If Elliott had told me our names were going to be associated with these summer specials, I would have been more creative” said Rusty when asked about his contribution to the summer menu. A man about town, you can find Rusty splitting his time between Juniper and The Moonstone (atop the Graduate Hotel), hanging with friends and going to shows, and if you’re lucky, playing with his band .

We’re elated to have Rusty on our team, come by Juniper sometime and if you see him, ask him to whip you up his signature sour!

The Coconut Ginquiri - Elliott

“If a Daquiri and a Gimlet had a love child in the Caribbean” is how Elliott describes this cocktail, smooth and fruity with a little acidity, this is a perfect summer refresher for anyone who loves gin and an island vibe.

You’ll find Elliott at Juniper most weekends, dancing while he shakes cocktails or talking someone’s ear off about the social significance of gin in US Politics. He’s delighted to have the chance to bring gin awareness to the Tucson Nightlife Community, come visit him sometime and ask for a Coconut Ginquiri when you do!

You’ll find her playing old school rock and roll here at the bar, slinging gin and keeping it cool. Come by to visit her and ask her to make you her signature drink!

This cocktail is sweet and with some heat (Kyle likens it to a slice of rhubarb pie in a glass, with a kick).

A little about Kyle, he was the first bartender Juniper hired! He’s our trusted bar lead, loves to take care of guests, and if you ask him nicely he might just tell you about his past as a professional ballet dancer.

We’re very excited to be doing a new cocktail series here at the old pueblos only gin joint, starting this weekend and continuing through next week we will be rolling out specials created by members of our incredible team at Juniper.
