It’s within walking distance to the streetcar, which gets you everywhere you want to go—Time Market, the University of Arizona, the ever-evolving MSA Annex, and everyone’s favorite, the Mercado St. Augustin! I am older than most of the tenants (lots of students) and was worried about noisy events at the beginning of my stay, but honestly, there’s never been an issue… it’s wonderfully quiet at night!
