Just sharing a post, memories. But we were back on the project on Friday. It’s been an amazing transformation through the years. I’ve watched the residence grow at the family grew and the changes in their life.

Creativity from 37 years ago. We added the architectural carport feature to the residence in the complete renovation to this project The scale of the details is so important. We designed and had built the lighting fixtures on the brick column at the steps and hanging from the carport.

Recycled pebbled leather. The color is actually closer to the upper cabinet door finish on the light but this also then shows you the counter finish and backsplash.l Lighting is in progress.

Pretty groovy kitchen coming together. Recycled leather in a pebbled textured finish. Just wait till you see the counters. It’s just stunning. Still making tolerance adjustments.

One of our favorite dining rooms from 2003. Zolatone metallic walls, custom designed and built chairs by Calvin Betche, amazing lighting and beautiful woods. The clients have a beautiful residence.

So there is a separate cat waiting area and a separate cat exam room. So much detail was put into making sure the animals were comfortable from colors, lighting systems, things injected to the air. I’ll share more.

 And I have to tell you,  Dr. Jessica Zink DVM is just a really cool human. You can tell how much she loves what she does.

So……. Remember this project?? We’ll it’s looking like this. We can’t share more right now because it’s going to be published. But, it’s a wow. Amazing client’s who live in an amazing home.

One way not to disturb the homeowners too much. Build a staircase. Complete 2nd floor renovation.

Custom dining buffet design by us, fabricate by Ross Felice and custom finish by Janet. Ross’s shop lighting is tough but this furniture piece will blend exactly into the dining area wall and become part of the composition. Client’s are moving in soon.

The pandemic is creating delays in so many parts of our lives including trying to wrap up a project. We count our blessings to have such amazing Clients.

Hey, Hello. Take a Look. Before is the top followed by the changes and the stunning chandelier over the dining table.

The cabinets were kept And renovated to accept the new range. Granite counters were existing and adjusted. An amazing sleek modern high velocity exhaust hood complements the range. Beautiful backsplash that brings out the colors of the granite. New hardware and you have another beautiful renovation by Oellien Design, inc..

Oellien Design, Inc., designed and is having built a new dining table that will be amazing. Here are a few examples of other tables we designed and had built for our clients.  We are blessed to have amazing artisans that help create our vision.

Beautiful things are happening here. An amazing home and amazing clients make for great harmony. Bundle up it’s a chilly day. 

Hey…. so do you guys remember what I typically say? Design is in the Details.

Notice how the sleek modern exhaust aligns perfectly with the horizontal window muntin and exhaust chimney is the exact width of the center glass.  We’re doing a glass detail over the existing window and casing to protect it from the cooktop.

Then notice how the crown of the upper cabinets complements the over scaled crown of the room that was existing.

And Finally, the existing brick wall of the old porch  is a design element to be incorporated into a new bar feature.

Hey guys so do you remember this? I wanted to share some progress.

20 years later and four kids grown up it’s a new chapter in our clients lives and in the life of this amazing home.

That view from the entry now looks like this, and that media wall now looks like this, and the old family area now is the new dining area and that was the view from the back door across to the old family room and now that will be the dining area.

All the details are inspired by the original white rift cut oak wood doors, trims and details. Gone are the slate floors and wood flows everywhere. 

I wanted to share a few progress pics and soon I’ll share the progress of the master bathroom which is coming out to be so sexy. Enjoy the beautiful Fall Day
