I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself and have a little testimonial for all you guys! So, Tuesday morning I was working out and it was arm day, as you can see... I had a ‘pinched nerve’ feeling right were the second bruise from the bottom is. You can definitely tell that was the spot where I was feeling the most amounts of pain! That evening I had Wade (the brains behind Cryo in Motion) cup me and I felt INSTANT relief from the cupping therapy. I was really worried prior to cupping because I was having issues moving my neck, especially when I drove. But after cupping I could move my neck so much better! —————————————————————
Cupping does leave slight bruising, depending on how intense of an injury you have, and the bruising will pin point where most of the tension build up is. The bruising does go away after a couple of days.

It is now Saturday and my back and neck feel great!
