Step 1: Design Excellence- We kick off with a precise 3D CAD design for your product boxes, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality. If needed, we design inner trays or paper inserts to help hold the product in place.

Step 2: Space Optimization- Next we meticulously plan how these product boxes nest perfectly inside a corrugate box, minimizing waste and maximizing space.

Step 3: Pallet Perfection- Our final step involves strategic arrangement to fit flawlessly onto pallets for safe and efficient transport.

Recreating memories: from Scan to Gold!

When a cherished karate necklace was stolen, we were called in to recreate not just a piece of jewelry, but a precious memory. This necklace was no longer available, so we began with a 3D scan of an existing necklace matching the original that belonged to a friend and crafted a prototype in grey.

That’s just the beginning. We didn’t just replicate, we improved! By identifying a weak point in the loop that attaches to the back of the necklace, we ensured durability and longevity for the new necklace and were able to give our recommendations for improving the existing necklace.

After listening to the challenges of a local company, we helped them design an adapter, which we 3D Printed in a production grade material. This adaptor transformed their workflow and made it possible to switch seamlessly saving valuable makeready time.

We gathered all the measurements in order to create a 3D model of the part. Painting the final print with glossy black made the new k**b indistinguishable from the original.
