Monroe Demonstration Academy
Growing successful global scholars while fostering a passion to learn, navigate and transform the communities in which they live.
Over the next few weeks as we gear up for the new year, we will be introducing some of our amazing new additions to our team. First up, please join us in welcoming Monroe’s new STEM Teacher, Mr. Jahlin Williams, to our already elite teaching team!
Mr. Williams will be leading our aquaponics and hydroponics courses, where he will work alongside our amazing partners at Food On The Move! Students in Mr. Williams class will learn how to cultivate plants without soil, using nutrient-rich water and fish ecosystems. Through hands-on projects, students design, build, and maintain their own systems, gaining insights into biology, chemistry, and environmental science. This class fosters problem-solving skills, ecological awareness, and a passion for innovative agricultural practices.

Pandemic relief funds have expanded Out-of-School Time programming to more youth than ever in Tulsa but these funds run out in October 2024.
We need your help to raise awareness around the importance of public funding for OST programming.
