SIPs are widely used in the Timberframe industry, these mortise and tenon hand pegged timber frames are the epitome of natural beauty.

SIPs add an energy efficient and strong envelope around the Timberframe.

The SIP garage turned out great! The homeowner self contracted the project, and will enjoy a super insulated workshop!

Heating and cooling will be a mini-split unit, and our super insulated and airtight panels will require little energy.

Until our CNC machine arrives in July, we are processing SIPs old school.

SIPs are joined with dimensional lumber and also with insulated block splines. We relieve the foam 1 1/2 inches around each panel.

We can build any type of class IV and V construction, up to 5 stories high, including multifamily and hotels.

These panels are going to become our Cabana-Pod show model, a 12 X16’ backyard office, yoga studio or pool house, with a monoslope roof and lots of glass.

The Cabana-Pod in the picture is an old one made with our proprietary fiberglass composite, and the new OSB version will be more cost effective and identical in design.

We are full into the SIP business now, and have many projects to build this summer!

The addition of OSB SIPs to our product line complements our 8 years of experience manufacturing panels with our proprietary fiberglass composites.

The “Danny” model. Made with our super insulated SIPs, 25 x 40’ 2 BR. $24,000 for the panel kit, and interior framing lumber.

Our 24 x 24’ SIP garage. Made with our super insulated and super strong Structural Insulated Panels. Can be made in any size, and could be an affordable home, without the garage door.

Our 24 x 24 SIP garage turned out great, super insulated and air tight, SIPs are also much stronger than stick framing.

Wire chases are pre-installed in panel cores for easy electrical installation.

This build utilized 4x8’ panels, and included 2 trusses, future models will use 8x24’ panels and not require the trusses.

Perfect for cabins or affordable housing too, we just don’t have a garage door, and it’s a house!

This model is available in 24’ wide, by any depth, 24’, 28’, 32’, 36’ 40’etc.

Larger and wider designs are available too.

The customer selected our fiberglass composite, super insulated panels for their business expansion.

Constructed with our proprietary 10” and 12” thick load bearing structural panels, with R values up to 50.

Assembly was quick with our 3 man crew and Minimal equipment.

The roof was painted with silicone, and the interior will be finished with a USDA epoxy paint, exterior walls will also be painted.

Our panels are class A fire rated, and will not rust, dent, corrode or grow mold.

I addition to cold storage, we have been building cannabis grow facilities for years.
