I certainly would rather have one missed appointment on my schedule then have to reschedule a whole week, and knowing that you’re taking care of yourself and prioritizing others wellbeing is admirable! Thank you!

The difference between greatness and mediocrity is often how an individual views a mistake.
And let’s be real, we all make mistakes! But owning up and learning from them is the best way to move forward! Take this beautiful blonde for instance. This wasn’t how she left my chair at her original appointment. I over toned and needed some pieces to be just a bit lighter. The result? An ashier, muted blonde 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I swallowed my pride and asked if she wouldn’t mind coming back in the following morning to let me tweak it. Of course she was happy to come back in! And we were able to correct what needed to be done and captured this flawless blonde! Past Natalie would be proud of how I handled this mistake because she certainly wouldn’t have had the courage to admit what went wrong. I’m certainly not saying I’ve reached greatness, in fact I’m not even nearly close, but I’m definitely willing to see where I have room to grow and I think that’s even better 😊

We meet once every other month (or so) and discuss our current read over snacks and drinks. I absolutely adore these meet-ups! It’s a beautiful blend of ladies ranging from all different ages and walks of life. We all share a mutual love of books and extend respect for everyone’s opinion. Been spending a lot of time lately contemplating on what I’d like this space to be and where I’d like it to go. I’ve never liked the idea of keeping separate accounts; business and personal, and I continue to believe that. But I’ve relied heavily the last few years on focusing this space on growing my business, and though that’s been extremely helpful, I’m ready to incorporate more of myself into my grid. I share a lot more in my stories about my day to day activities, but want it to show up more on my profile for those who stumble across me! Will it be as cohesive and branded? Probably not. But it will certainly be more personal and relatable! You’ll still find great pictures of beautiful hair, funny reels, and the occasional branded pic. But expect to see a ton more of my personality and what I find beautiful, like this gorgeous skyline I took this past weekend. As always, I hope you stick around. Maybe you’ll learn something new.
