Primary roles: -Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers
-Ensure that patients are satisfied with products or services by handling inquiries and complaints
-Follow up with patients by phone, text or email to check their needs are met or exceeded.
-Letting patients know about additional products or services that might benefit them
-Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or patients questions
-Escalate queries and concerns, when necessary
-Troubleshoot common issues or concerns with products or services
-Work as a teammate with other pharmacy personnel to ensure that all patients are taken care of in a timely fashion

From humans to pets we treat all of our patients like family.
We are a cash only pharmacy, meaning we do not accept insurance. Often times the price of our medications are cheaper than what a person’s deductible would be using insurance. We have honest pricing that cuts out any middle men. Many of our patients were worried they would not be able to afford NextGenRx but they have found this to be untrue.
