Hey friends! We hope everyone has had a happy holiday weekend doing all of your favorite things - grilling, enjoying some pool time, and hanging with friends.

If you are like me, I was beating the heat in my sewing room and finishing up the Love Quilt designed by our friend . I really enjoyed the process from the cutting, yes even the cutting, to piecing the blocks. It was all so satisfying!

Stitch by stitch, sewing and quilting is the perfect pastime to help yourself focus on the present moment, ease anxiety, and boost your mood.

From the beginning stages of planning your project to the feelings of accomplishment with your finished product, I cannot stress enough how rewarding sewing can be.

I’ve sewn off and on throughout most of my life but it wasn’t until about 15 years ago when I initially picked up quilting when I started to see the positive impacts that sewing can have on my wellbeing.

Rose Graham Quilting Retreat has an open retreat coming up!

Rose Graham Quilting Retreat Rose Graham will begin welcoming guests starting June 6th! Stop by June 1st for our Open House.

We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who came out to the open house yesterday. It was such a treat to see all of our quilty friends and catch up.

Plus, we would love to thank Rose Graham Quilting Retreat for inviting us to participate in all of the fun. This new retreat house is located in Broken Arrow, OK and was designed with all of our creative needs in mind. It sleeps 10, and has 10 sewing, cutting and ironing stations. Plus, there’s plenty of living space to hang out. Not to mention it has a pool and an outdoor fireplace, oh my!
