๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ In May, a group of Collins College of Business, University of Tulsa MBA students went on a two-week study abroad trip to Seville, Spain.
They learned about doing business in Spain, intercultural competencies, feedback & performance conversations, stress management, ex-pats living & working in Spain, cross-cultural communication and international leadership.
The students visited local organizations including Cรกmara de Comercio Sevilla, Dopp HR Consulting and Sevilla FC.

Help us congratulate Provost George Justice ๐Ÿ™Œ is pleased to announce that Provost Justice has received a 2024-25 Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program Award to visit France with the International Education Administrators Program. He will spend two weeks in Paris and one other region in France.
๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท The Fulbright Program consists of briefings, campus visits, appointments with selected government officials, networking and cultural activities and meetings with French international education professionals.
๐Ÿ“š In addition to his role as provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at UTulsa, Justice is a professor of English, specializing in 18th-century British literature, and is the author of How to Be a Dean.

Clinical psychology student awarded VA summer research fellowship 06/11/2024

June is Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month.
This summer, doctoral student Melody Robinson is working on a research fellowship through the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she's conducting veteran-focused research on issues like post-traumatic stress disorder, su***de risk and prevention, traumatic brain injury, cognitive aging, and more.

Tulsa Track & Field and Cross Country standout Chloe Hershenow recently claimed the 5,000-meter title at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, sweeping the 5,000 and 10,000-meter events for a second consecutive year.
Earlier this year, alumnus Henry Williams ('21) ran in the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials. Impressively, he qualified for the trials by running a marathon under the 2:18 qualifying time.
