Hey there — we have some new friends so thought we would introduce ourselves. We are the faces behind Ketchum Properties! You’ll find Casey out on the job sites making sure everything is being done correctly, crunching numbers in the office, or researching new products. Meredith can be found most days with a coffee in hand, selecting paint colors, tile, and lighting, or dreaming up our newest floor plan. Together we make a great team! Just wrapped up our Toledo project and realized we haven’t shown you any of it! How good is this master bath?! Dark cabinets, full tile wall, and free-standing tub = 💯

See the large doors near the stairwell? Any guesses on what is stored behind them? The Christmas Tree! 🌲🌲 Our client wanted a place to keep his tree assembled and decorated— just roll it in and roll it out!

We are getting so close on this project! Can’t wait to show off all of the great design these clients have selected!
