Happy Father’s Day to all! Especially to the crew of Father’s working today on a very remote job site. They are greatly appreciated!

The good people of Pawnee County Rural Water District #2 now have a backup generator for their water treatment plant in Terlton, Oklahoma. The final connections and commissioning will finish very soon and the community will have a much more reliable system in place for emergency electrical outages. We appreciate the opportunity to put this in for the district. With help from our electricians and Belger (the best crane service around), this job is going very well!

When your client has an overhead primary system outage, you call one of the best. Leave it to the professionals!

The University of Tulsa was in good hands.

Job photos from the week. It’s been a logistically challenging week. With the help of Belger and our employees from Ponca City, we took advantage of the semi-dry weather conditions to meet one of our job milestones!

We’re proud of all the Tulsa JATC graduates! They all have earned the title; Journeyman Wireman. A title that has meaning and is well known throughout our industry!

Upgraded training center for electricians in Boston "like Harvard University," says union Ten million dollars just went into renovations at the IBEW 103 Joint Apprentice Training Center in Dorchester.

Our commercials will begin airing on 12/27/2023 on the KOTV, KQCW, and the NOTV stations. There are billboard locations going up throughout the Tulsa area as well!

We're on a new advertising campaign for 2024. Be on the lookout for our new commercials set to start in January. They'll be airing on all of the KOTV channels, all year long...

Congratulations to these students. They’ve worked hard and deserve recognition!

This program exposed the students to various parts of the construction industry, increasing their knowledge and desire to learn more about the trades.

They’ve taken in a lot of information.

The students are now prepared to start making some choices as to which trade they want to pursue. They will work for different contractors, on different jobs, performing different tasks, under different trades. A lot to take in. Once they decide, each student will choose a trade and enter into their respective Apprenticeship programs.

They’re building a strong foundation and moving forward!

PSO is out early, isolating parts of the Promenade Mall this morning. Some parts of the mall will stay off, some will stay on. Since we have a very special client in the facility that needs to stay on, we’re on site to help manage that.

We are starting a new project for a very special client in this remote location near Ponca City this week.

The work is energy industry related.
It’s in western Osage County.
We are bringing on additional JW’s to get it complete by February.

Apprenticeship is a proven and industry-driven training model that expedites the pathway into good jobs and improves DEI&B in the workplace.

Recently, we hosted a tour at our shop for students from the North Tulsa Community Construction School. We toured the shop, talked about the types of jobs we do, and looked at different tools and material. This program (NTCCS), is a program that allows students to look at different trades in the construction field. Not just electrical. They visit different job sites as helpers, gain knowledge about each trade, and decide what they are most interested in. The NTCCS invites instructors from different trades to their facility, to teach students about each trade. Overall, this program is a "Path to Apprenticeship" and is meant to allow students to choose the path they want to go down.

Our Apprenticeships are free to the students and cost nothing to the taxpayers. Apprentices earn while they learn as well (comes with a comprehensive wage AND benefit package). It's a win/win for all.

We support all types of education!

It’s Apprentice Appreciation Day at the trade show and convention. Based on all the folks around the booth, it looks like Milwaukee might be giving away free stuff…
