Anyone try this yet? I’m curious how much it would help and how comfortable it is. Repetitive prolonged sitting is primarily the main aggravating factor for most of my patients.

Happy about our building upgrades but even more excited about our updated Spinal Decompression table. This non-surgical device is extremely effective at reducing the cause of pain due to spinal disc degeneration and disc disorders. Patients ask me all the time about pillows. I actually have had very good results using this pillow. For the price it’s worth a try for sure. Make sure to use the sides of the pillow when sleeping on your side. Sleeping on your back with this pillow is wonderful!

I will be out of town 9/22-10/6. We have some exciting new updates to the office.
