How are you? Hope you and Heidi are doing well. Jack and I are sitting at the 4th of July festival here in San Juan Capistrano. It’s a beautiful day and the music is about to start. Fireworks later of course.

Just wanted to share how incredibly happy we are with our house. It’s beautiful, functional for entertaining and truly OUR HOME. I remember being slightly apprehensive about San Juan Cap. Holy cow I was wrong! The town is a vibrant mix of many cultures, including cowboys, a vibrant Greek community, immigrants from all over, and a wonderful bunch of neighbors in our little ‘hood.

The most amazing part is how much our home has increased in value. Two doors down from us the home just closed at 2.1 million. When we refinanced and moved to a 30 year mortgage we realized what our home was worth. Just about every house similar to ours now sells for two million. How can this be? We’ve only been here for three years! Our back yard has changed a lot and we also have an “outdoor room” that you’d appreciate I’m sure.
