Hello everyone, Dr. Ward suffered a grade 3 AC separation yesterday and he is going to be layer up for a while. Dr. Manning is available but with the extra patients needing in, his schedule is going to fill up fast. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience this will place on everyone. Please be patient and we’ll be back to our regular scheduled program soon.

Hi everyone!!! Here is a tip for those with elbow and wrist pain. The “powerball” helps to build strength in both the wrists and elbows and can decrease pain caused my tendinitis. We have them in stock and even have a few you can test out before buying.
