Wheelchair Accessible Transportation
We seek to empower lives through wheelchair van rentals, events, and ADA transportation services.
We are a service-disabled veteran owned business and we employ service-disabled vets and veterans in all our works (or their direct family members). We offer wheelchair van rentals, transport, ADA event management, shuttle services, and disaster relief.
We are deployed with our veterans and their loved ones in various locations in Austin, Texas for F1 weekend at the Circuit of the Americas to help assist with ADA and accessibility for people in wheelchairs or with disabilities.
We help people who might otherwise have difficulty to attend by utilizing our wheelchair vans, we pair them with wounded heroes (or their spouses/children) and veterans of our country as their drivers and get them to accessible entry points.
You have heard nightmare stories about people in wheelchairs and their horrible experiences on airlines. We are the opposite of that. Our service is beloved by the people who use it. We are respected by those we work with. And the work is good human work that makes this world we spin in just a bit better.
In the last three weekends between Formula 1 and Austin City Limits we have helped over a thousand people.
Proud of our people and who we are as a business.
We spent the weekend at Austin City Limits providing wheelchair and ADA transportation to those in need of accessibility. Our vehicles are driven by our wounded warriors, veterans, and their loved ones. David Estridge Misty Ball Estridge
We are proud to be out with our veterans and their loved ones helping with the ADA and disability transportation for the Hangout music festival in Alabama. It is an honor to serve.
Proud to be serving at Wings Over Cowtown Air Show
Austin Customers:
Unfortunately, Wheelchair Van Rentals do not have their own category on google. We often show behind transportation companies and people don't know they can rent vans way cheaper than transport (and have the vans 24 hours to do more than 1 trip like take mom to lunch and her appointment!).
If you have used our services at any of our locations, we could use the feedback and reviews so people can find alternatives to expensive transportation!

As 2024 approaches we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our first full year (we have existed for 21 months total) of business. Since opening our doors, we have employed disabled veterans, veterans, and their loved ones.
We have opened wheelchair rental van locations to help local populations with affordable alternatives in Fort Worth, Carrollton, Austin, and Houston to go along with our original East Texas presence.
We have helped people with disabilities reach their dreams with our wheelchair vans driven by our heroes and their loved ones at the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Austin City Limits (and other music festivals), Formula 1, the International Rotary Convention, and many more events.
We donated vans to people in need when our conscience told us to do so. We have had people call us crying happily (and in tragedy) we served, helped a mother on a ventilator see her son walk across the stage before passing of ALS. We helped a young man who received a TBI with a helmet-to-helmet hit at his HS homecoming game by donating a van to their family for months when he was released from the hospital, and we have made so many friends and heartwarming memories.
We look forward to 2024 with a veteran focused mission of empowering our communities, enabling mobility accessible dreams, and helping everyday people in need to find affordable ways to live their lives. We do so while living as people of conscience at the intersection of humanity and business.
Proud to have helped hundreds with disability transport over the two weekends of the Austin City Limits music festival.

It was a wonderful weekend at the Railbird music festival for our team. We helped about three hundred people get to and back from the festival whom otherwise may not have been able to go.
Helping people is our life blood and while they are long exhausting days we take pride and strength in what we do.
Not all things in life go as planned. Adversity meets you at every corner. We have a team of veterans and their loved ones that know all about adversity but we persevere, overcome, and do good in this big turning ball of human experience.

For the second time in a one year period a tornado hit our office by TJC and damaged vehicles.
We have been open a year and a month and already two tornados. At least the roof is mostly there this time and only one leak!
Yet I can’t ever get two lottery numbers!
Some of our pictures from the Two Step Inn music festival! We enjoyed it and loved helping.

We had an amazing weekend at the Two Step Inn music festival. We helped many people with disabilities get to the venue and made that journey east for them. Here are a few videos from the inspiring experience.
We are out at the Two Step Inn music festival with ten wheelchair accessible vans to help people with disabilities have better freedom of mobility. We provide a VIP service with our vets and their family members. This is one staging area where we are in service. We are serving three locations in total. We stream videos of the music for our charges and we are proud of what we do. It’s the stuff of thanks, blessings, and dreams.
