I knew it has been hot - but when NASA confirms - well feelings get justified. Manufacturing can be a hot business anyway, add in this heat and companies have to take even more steps for their employees. We have many "fight the heat" methods used here at Hood, including heat safety training, chiillers, hydration stations, and much, much more.
July 2023 was the hottest month on Earth since at least 1880 'by a longshot,' NASA says "A year like this gives us a glimpse at how rising temperatures and heavier rains can impact our society and stress critical infrastructure over the next decade."
