The Tyler High football players stepped off the field and into Griffin Elementary classrooms to read students books as part of their annual "Literacy with the Lions" initiative.

What was amazing was that these athletes weren’t just reading—they were inspiring the next generation to love literacy and how success happens in the classroom and then on the field.
