I’ve been waiting for a long while to make these but I did these in a different way:

Fried Chicken Fajita Fries

It’s all healthy too!

I cut the peach in half and toon the seed out.

Seared the peaches 🍑 with some unsalted butter!

What you see in the skillet is milk, cream, egg whites, sugar, apple spice, vanilla… that is going to make apple spice ice cream!

When the ice cream comes out the freezer chilled or frozen to you liking. Put it on the peaches 🍑 while they are warm.

Then enjoy!

Just to see something, I was at a restaurant to see what would be their catering price for 15-20 people.

They asked me what I would like to serve the guess and what time I needed the food at the event… and what their service time (hour of serving time) would be and what they cost would be if I wanted them to deliver it and drop it off.

I gave them a very very basic menu.

After I explained what I needed and they explained their service fees and chargers this is what the total was as you can see here on the receipt 🧾

Small business owners, do not limit yourself and do not lower your prices and the integrity of your business for absolutely “NO ONE”.

People will pay other all this money but try their best to devalue you and the business God blessed have and build.

Keep your integrity and class in public and behind the scenes. Ensure you serve good quality products. Do what’s right at all times, but do not lower you standards of business nor prices.

I keep getting people asking me about recipes and even though I don’t mind sharing them because I do but here is a better option.

This year there will only be meat orders and family meal order. Individual orders: There will only be 4 total meat orders, 4 total Dessert orders, and 4 total family orders!

Whole Roasted Chicken- $35
Roasted Turkey- $45
(Beef) Roast- $50

(Large pan side items will be charge at $45 each)

Desserts:

Family Meal:

Family of 5
1 meat, 3 sides, 8 rolls- $175

Family of 10
2 meats, 3 sides, 12 rolls-$275

Family 15
3 meats (2 whole chickens, 1 turkey), 3 sides, 24 rolls- $395

Any family order that is 20 people or more will be priced at $25 per person!

There will be no single plate orders sold!!

There is a $65 deposit that is required and it is non-refundable to hold your place! You must pay the deposit the day you order to hold your place. Again this deposit is NON-Refundable, no matter what!

All Orders Must be place by and paid fully by November 15th, 2023, at 10am and no later!

Hello everyone, I pray you are doing well. I know I have talked with a 3 people about catering for them and their families.

I will potentially be starting a new job in a couple (3-4) weeks.

For those who need food catered and serious about doing so in the next couple weeks and are ready to both set a menu and pay for you and your family’s event, inbox me what foods you desire to have and send your email and I will send an invoice and payment information.

Also anyone who is only wanting a food menu and prices for catering, there is $75 consultation fee. It must be paid before consulting about any catering and setting a menu.
