I was told in high school by my mom that making cakes was a dream job I that I need to go to college to be an elementary school teacher, well I did and I dropped out, I didn’t want to be there! I had other plans!! Although I do love kids and teaching I desire something different!!

Bbq Jerk pulled on a pretzel bun, Caribbean style, I made from yummy jackfruit and mushrooms, it’s all in the technique!!!
