Embrace the ancient art of Thai massage for unparalleled wellness and flexibility.✨

Thai massage, combined with static and rhythmic pressure, is a deep, full-body massage. No oils or lotions are used. There is constant body contact between the therapist and the recipient. The recipient will be positioned in a variety of “yoga-like” positions during the course of the massage session. The recipient remains clothed during treatment, while lying on a firm mat or massage table.

A full Thai massage session may last anywhere from one, two or even three hours. Unlike your typical massage techniques, Thai therapists use not only their hands, but also their elbows, knees, and occasionally feet. They may move the recipient's body into many different positions, allowing the therapist to effectively work on energy lines and pressure points, perform a deep kneading and stretching of the muscles, and encourage soft opening of the joints.

Similar to many other body rhythms that can be felt or measured, like the pulse or respiratory rate, the Lymphatic System has its own subtle rhythm. By applying light pressure along your lymphatic system mimicking the natural drainage of the lymph flow you aid the body to detoxify and eliminate metabolic waste. Lymphatic Massage is a gentle, non-invasive massage technique that stimulates the flow of lymph fluid in the Lymphatic System. During a lymphatic drainage session, feather light touch is used following the direction of the lymph flow. This touch and flow stimulates the stretch receptors and activates the lymph to move more efficiently. This technique is repeated through a sequence based on a thorough knowledge of the lymph system. The gentle manipulations of the practitioner are painless and often so pleasant and relaxing that many of our clients fall asleep during their one hour session!
