This lake house just needed some cosmetic love! 🤌🏼From inside to outside we gave her a brand new look! This rear view was so important because it overlooks a beautiful lake view. We gave it more height and a focal point by adding a vault with beams from the living room through the covered porch. Thought I should highlight one of my favorite places to eat (and 🍷) in Tyler! Who’s with me 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️

This client has started out as an old neighbor and over the past 5 years I have designed a logo for her new business and watched her SLAY in the real estate world. 😝 I had the honor of designing their beautiful custom home, and now watching it come to life. It’s moments like this that I realize how fast time goes by 🥹and how blessed I am to work with such wonderful people on a daily basis!! 😍

The process of elevation sketches… 🏠
The beauty in sketch concepts are that we are not confined inside a black and white line drawing. The designer can let the creativity flow in the moment and the client sees different concepts, sometimes merging the different elements together. A plan should be fluid while designing the elevation- they should work together. We get stuck when we think the plan is final and there is only one elevation option.

Well if this isn’t progress I don’t know what is 🙌🏽. Trent Williams and I have partnered with our clients to give them a unique, custom build EXPERIENCE! We have several jobs coming up that range from modern, modern transitional, french country, craftsman, traditional and classic! It has been so fun to be in the midst of ALL the styles! 🤩

Let’s talk about a food experience. 🙌🏽 I had the opportunity to work on this project and sitting there, eating delicious food and staring at ALL the beauty made me so happy! III Palms gives you the fine dining experience with great service and attention to detail.

We started with (pics attached) the crisp rice + tuna for an app then I had seabass with broccolini (my fav). Jacob had the ribeye (so crispy, juicy, 100% yum) with bacon wrapped asparagus then we added a lobster tail (amazing). We also split the wedge salad, which was a perfect proportion for sharing, if it was paired with an entree, so delish and loved every bite.

Opening so sooonnn!! Congrats to Scott and Maddie!! Angie Reed Construction and Design knocked it outta the ballpark on this one!

I teamed up with Twisted by Wetzels Pretzels to create the renderings for their new Twisted concept. The renderings were used for marketing and a visual aid for builders and the WP team, to ensure all brand elements were displayed correctly and signage was on point. This was the first store (and more coming) located in Southern California at La Habra Marketplace!
