•Serrano & Smoked Cheddar (dairy-free!!): these days jalapeños just don't have the same kick that they used to! I'll have a spicy kick growing in the garden this summer though! I didn't realize how much I would LOVE this flavor combo, but it's a staple in my kitchen now!

•Mini Boule: smaller breas boules made for burgers, sandwiches, toast, or soup bowls! Also, these are great with a light crust but I can easily have them darken for a little longer.

•Sandwich Loaf: easily my favorite and go-to sourdough for daily eats! I like a little bit of a darker crust on my sandwich loaf. Crunchy crust with a soft interior - perfect for sandwiches or toast!

Hi everybody! I want to thank you all for your support these past few years, and let you all know that I will be temporarily closed for some time.

My infant has developed multiple food allergies, including airborne allergies to certain foods, so I will be working on egg free and dairy free recipes for the time being. We are currently waiting to see an allergist to figure out the next step.

In the meantime, I will be working on the egg free, dairy free, and nut free recipes.

I will soon be selling sourdough bread as well! 🍞 🥖

While I could make the usual resolution to diet, lose weight, cut carbs..yada yada..I know for a fact that won't stick because it's the same thing - ends with saying screw it, I want to be happy and eat what I want to eat. So instead, this year my resolution will be to BALANCE life. Eating healthy meals full of nutrients AND indulge in my cravings every once in a while because...happiness!
