The licensee for the Pasta Vita retail stores in Avon, Mohegan Sun, Wethersfield, and South Windsor has announced that these locations will permanently close, effective July 14. We'd like to thank the customers at these locations for their loyalty over the past several years.

The Pasta Vita location in Old Saybrook will remain open. This store is wholly owned by Rich Cersosimo and Chef Lou Castanho and celebrates 30 years in business this year. Rich and Lou look forward to seeing you at this location, which is open seven days a week.

Please note: Pasta Vita gift cards will continue to be honored at the Avon, Mohegan Sun, Wethersfield, and South Windsor locations through July 14. After they close, gift cards can be redeemed at the Pasta Vita location in Old Saybrook.
