Carly Waters, a distinguished PSU Rugby alumna from 2014 to 2018, was instrumental in securing three XVs national titles, one 7s national title, and one CRC title for PSU. Her outstanding performance earned her All-American honors. In 2018, Waters made her international debut for the USA v. New Zealand & has since earned 23 caps, making her the woman with the most caps in the 9 jersey. She also represented the USA in the 2022 World Cup in New Zealand. Additionally, she played overseas in the Premiership Women's Rugby in England, where she won an additional title with Saracens & then spent a season with the Sale Sharks. Waters brings her extensive experience & passion for rugby to this camp, where she is eager to inspire and develop the next generation of rugby talent.

Rachel Ehrecke, PSU alumna, brings 12 years of rugby experience to the pitch. Ehrecke is a current flanker & lock for the USA Eagles National 15s Team and The Colorado Gray Wolves Women’s Premier League team. She secured three National Champion titles with the Nittany Lions and 2 more within the WPL. A powerhouse on the field & a mentor off it, Ehrecke is passionate about inspiring the next generation of players. She has been coaching for 7 years and is the Denver University Men’s Rugby forwards coach and head coach for the Glendale High School Program.

Dalton Musselman has been playing rugby since seventh grade & played at Bishop Shanahan High School in Coatesville, PA. Musselman pursued his passion for rugby at Penn State for five years, serving as captain for three. Musselman represented the USA in sevens, traveling globally to places like Fiji and most recently London for LIT7s. Currently, Musselman plays for NAV during the summer while preparing for the MLR draft this August, as well as PR7s. With experience at the Olympic, collegiate, club, and high school levels, Musselman aims to mentor campers in achieving their rugby goals and navigating their careers.

University Park, PA — July 3, 2024 — The Penn State Rugby Foundation and Booster Club are excited to announce that the Head Coach positions for both the Men’s and Women’s Rugby teams are officially live. We are looking forward to continuing our tradition of both teams being led by dedicated and passionate Head Coaches. This position offers a unique opportunity to join an established program within the athletic department and to help shape the future of rugby at one of the nation's leading universities.

Penn State Rugby has a history of excellence on and off the field, and we look forward to supporting our coaches in this new chapter. The Head Coaches will be tasked with building on our strong foundation while continuing to foster important values—teamwork, sportsmanship, academic achievement, and personal growth.
