I obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational psychology (work psychology), as well as a Masters in Life Coaching, and a certification in Ayurveda Practices. I have been a certified educator for the last 19 years in the state of Florida with a concentration in "Social Emotional Learning". Ayurveda is a lifestyle for me
My journey in this world has not been an easy one. Often times people tell me how I make things look easy but in true transparency there are often times where I am broken and feel alone. With so much loss that I have experienced in my life, I made a commitment to myself to be intentional about my healing process. To hold myself accountable for the decisions I make everyday and to practice self-compassion when I fall short.
You see, because life is not about achieving perfection, yet it’s about the moments and experiences that we create when we show up as our authentic self. Showing love and compassion to others when they too fall short. Because at the end of the day, we are here to experience all life has to offer. Taking in the bad with the good and appreciating the moments that take our breath away.
I challenge you to do something extraordinarily scary today. To jump off the ledge and have a little faith that you will land softly amongst the bed of roses. Try it! You won’t regret it.
