It has always been important for me, that in order for me to hold space for my clients to heal, I needed to also go on my own self healing journey. Self healing is a continuous process that addresses inner wounds that affect one’s emotional state or mental health. Self-healing can be done in various ways such as relaxation through breathing; contemplation with meditation or yoga, and creating positive emotions that will have an impact on the emergence of endorphins or often called ‘happy hormones’.
