Today around 10:15 A.M., responded to the 900 block of Pine for a structure fire. This was an abandoned building, and the fire was quickly extinguished and limited to one area. No injuries were reported to fire department personnel.

: Our City of Long Beach Animal Care Services (LBACS) is providing low-cost vaccines for pets through a mobile clinic! 🐾 Keep your pets healthy by bringing them in to get their vaccines up-to-date! 💉

The mobile clinic will be on-site at LBACS on August 3rd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 19th, 23rd, 26th, and 30th!

❗️Correction: The clinic on August 17th is from 8 AM to 12 PM at SIGNAL HILL CITY HALL.

A few things to note:

1. Cats must be in carriers and dogs on leashes.
2. You do NOT have to be from Long Beach or our service cities. These clinics are open to ALL.
3. Arrive early! Clinics are first come, first serve for 60 pets. No sign up needed!
