For I made chocolate oatmeal bars. They turned out very oatmealy ( add more chocolate) and the texture was a bit weird. I think if I were to make them again I would use a bigger pan so they would be thinner. Here is the link to the recipe :

I know it's not , but I had to share the picture sent me. Three months of training with consistency and we are seeing that muscle development! 💪

For I made oven baked chicken tenders. No breading just seasoning and some butter. One kid said it tasted like stuffing the other said it was OK. So I'm going to say it was not a win. Less seasoning and maybe some panko crumbs would improve it. Here's the link to the recipe :

I made edamame black bean salad. It turned out delicious. I ate it with my chicken, but it's tasty with tortilla chips too. Here is the link to the recipe :

For I made bisquick sausage muffins. You could sub egg whites for whole eggs, add a different protein and other toppings. Simple to make and tasty. A quick breakfast grab as the kids run out the door for school. Here is the link to the recipe :

For I made protein rice crispy treats. I made a half batch. They turned out tasty but a little grainy so I would use a little less protein powder next time.
For I made crockpot Hawaiian chicken. I did a half recipe. I would definitely need to make some changes if I were to make it again. The chicken was dense and I think I would add less pineapple. Not a fail, just not to our tastes. Here's the link to the recipe :

goes out to hybrid client Josh! He comes in and follows his workout plan and gets it done. Yes you read that right, the coaches at have a hybrid program option, ask us about it 😁.
For I made peach salsa. I thought it might be more on the sweet side, but it turned out savory. Over all I like it. Here's the link to the recipe :

goes out to client Ashley. She has been recovering from being sick and still coming to the gym. We have made some adjustments to her workouts and stop when her body tells her it's done.
For I made sourdough burrata toast. Well actually mozzarella because I couldn't find burrata 😂. It took less than 5 minutes to make and it was delicious. It will probably be a kid request for a while. Here is the link to the recipe :

is garlic butter steak and potatoes. It turned out great, but I think next time I would add more seasoning and less oil. Here's the link to the recipe:

was a fail. We made avocado fries. They turned out bland and a bit oily. Pretty bummed about it, because the recipe has promise.
For I made coconut balls. Mine turned out more like sticky blobs. Taste and texture was similar to coconut cream pie. So might be good with Graham crackers 🤷🏼♀️. Over all I'd say it's a fail. Let me know if you get the recipe to turn out for you. Here's the link to the recipe :

For I made cottage cheese bagels. I was plesently surprised with how they turned out. I expected them to taste cottage cheesey and have a weird texture. Instead they have more of a chewy bread texture. It's a win! Here's the link to the recipe :
