This office gets about 250 calls a DAY to their call center!

That is about 30 calls an hour!!

...about 10 calls/person/hour (3 main call center team members)

This team HAS to be a customer service ninja on the phone! They have to provide an AMAZING first impression and be efficient on every call or they will drown and leave calls unanswered.

We do a Phone Training about every 6 months in this office to make sure they have all the tools to do their job well (and with as little stress as humanly possible.)

Last week I spent a day observing the Hogansville location of Childress Dental Center. Based on the observation, I customized a training day for them to maximize their ROI.
