Everyone has the same amount of time everyday… So we have to be intentional of how we use it. Time management has been one of the hardest journeys in owning a business… and life in general. I’ve been determined (maybe a little obsessed) with trying to get better. It’s not easy and I fail at it often but… Time blocking has been one of the best methods I have found to become more productive. It forced me to be intentional with every hour and think ahead. Anyone else have time management techniques that work for them??

Working with a long term with a client who has done training for years creates a unique challenge… how do you get the new people up to speed without boring the OGs? We find unique ways to engage the old and new team members so we can reiterate what’s important without it feeling repetitive to the long term team members. Our facilitation and culture building training style creates “mastery” for the long term employees and “onboarding” and “ramp up” for newbies. We constantly work on finding new ways to engage and educate employees so they are motivated to create action and positive change!!

What an energetic, engaged, and fun group! I always look forward to working with this crew because they are committed to doing whatever it takes to become the best pediatric dental practice in their area. Way to go team!!
