The women who work out at Krickyfit don’t come here to be featured on social media or for me to use them for advertising. They’re not looking for likes or attention, and I value their privacy. But some days, like today, it is sooooo hard not to publicly brag because they make me so stinking proud. This particular woman has been working out with me for over a year and today got her goal of doing an unassisted pull-up. Not only that, she did TWO!! AAAAAND she is over 40. So I’m posting this video and I hope the beautiful woman in it comments “Hey, that’s me!”

Thanks Tom Schuster for the spot. I would never have tried rep #3 by myself. Ok I wouldn’t have tried #1 or #2 either 🤣 Especially thanks for being there the next set to save my life when 150 refused to go up 😩

Years ago I was able to bench 150 (one time) at a body weight of 150. Weight loss, injuries, life, all the things came into play…oh yes and I’m older now 😳…and I’ve been struggling to get that number back up there. This week I got 140 at a body weight of 137 and now I’m feelin a little cocky 😝 Slow and steady progress, slow and steady.

Let’s ROCK this month! Starting now…no waiting til Monday. It doesn’t matter what your January looked like. Let’s OWN February 💪🔥
