With all of the new followers around here lately it’s time for a quick (re)introduction. We are Sal Alosi & Michele Alosi and we are the proud owners of Fortitude Gym HQ in Chandler, Arizona. We have been in the Valley since 2020, but you may not know much about us. But we’’re glad you’re here this because we are a lot different than anything else out there.
I am a strength coach & personal trainer. Michele works a lot of the admin and helps with our nutrition coaching services.
We help motivated men & women become leaner, faster, stronger, & more powerful. Sometimes we help them lose weight. Sometimes we help them build some muscle. Sometimes we help them get regain their fitness. Most of the time it’s a combination of all of these components.
Our training environment is perfect for clients looking for individual attention without the distraction and stress of joining a big box gym, or the training environment associated with the generic group fitness gyms around town.
With our remote coaching services and smart phone app, we help athletes and clients all over the world reach their health & fitness goals.
On the youth side, we teach the fundamentals of strength & conditioning, to build the foundation for long-term athletic development. We don’t copy college or professional programs. We utilize age appropriate movements and methods, specific for the training maturity of our athletes.
Our program focuses on 3 pillars: Individualized strength training. Nutrition coaching that is habit based and flexible. And lifestyle coaching that maximizes the 23 hours outside of the gym.
We build a “Play Book” to help our clients overcome obstacles and attack each day with a “Game Plan” built for success. We meet each week to review the previous week to celebrate wins, and make in-game adjustments, focusing on actions for the following week.
