RTT is a form of therapy that combines Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, Neuroscience, and Psychotherapy.

Being healthy to me means adding another layer of freedom to my life.

Personally, I notice my health decline when I spend too much time around people absorbing their energy for prolonged amounts, my body starts to shut down. I get exhausted beyond belief, I actually feel like I’m getting Covid- body aches, head fogginess and headaches, fever, chills, it’s awful!

It’s just part of my design as a non-energy type to not be inundated with others auras ALL of the time and once I started actually living it, I’m aware of my limitations and honor my body’s need to take space and replenish.

It’s not always easy and I’ve got a long ways still to this deconditioning process but each time I gain more consciousness and therefore can save my body from going into a very unhealthy and sick place. ✨

It’s hard for me to write this as everything I type just doesn’t seem to capture the depth of what is in comparison to the emotion that I feel when I think about our relationship.

I think that’s what makes relationships so incredible though. To love and appreciate someone so deep, there just aren’t words. The words almost sound trivial, not enough. So I’ll keep it short and sweet.

You turned 29 yesterday and I’m so proud of the woman you have become. You amaze me time and time again.

You’ve been my rock, the absolute light to my darkness. ✨

To my sister, thank you for being you, little one. ❤️

It takes a ton of courage to look at ourselves, our shadows, our ego, our insecurities, fears, traumas. It’s much easier to play the victim. I know, I played her well for most of my life.

I had to look at myself and undo all of those limitations I had subconsciously put on myself from my past experiences. Now, I can see it so clearly in others and I just won’t engage, I will not entertain the victim hood. We all have a choice.

If you choose this path of finally healing and understanding who you are, know that it’s not a path of sunshine and rainbows. But that’s why only the courageous ones will ever truly walk down it. The ones that know- it is the only path to true freedom. ❤️

To become the most empowered and truest version of yourself, is the most courageous thing you’ll ever do.

Whether it’s micro or macro trauma, the emotional pain of it still sits in the body until you allow yourself to go back to those events, to feel all the hurt you needed to that we didn’t allow ourselves to feel in those moments and to release it for good.

That’s the only way out.

That’s the only way to begin your true healing. ❤️

When I found human design, it was not only a huge shock but also my permission slip to truly step into my most truest and authentic self. To let go of the pieces of me that were not mine. I learned who I truly am which was always there, it was just covered up with other peoples ideologies, influence and conditioning.

Because the truth is, majority of the world is homogenized and we get conditioned from our very first breath that we take into this world.

In a culture that tells us to “work harder, hustle more and we can sleep when we are dead.” Yea, that doesn’t and didn’t work for me. I played that part my entire life and it left me burnt out, stressed out and half my hair falling out. 🙄😖😫

Human design allows me to see how I properly need to operate and my body, mind and life has been so much more in ease, joy, and flow.

Once you understand how your design works, life becomes so much simpler and easy. But hey, don’t listen to me, experiment with it yourself. 😉😘

So this is me. The real me. And I’m learning to love her. ❤️

Something to ponder. 🤔

Life gives us so many moments to take the opportunity to not repeat patterns that don’t serve our higher selves. Self awareness is key here. ❤️

Also known as your authentic self or higher self.

The thing is, most of us don’t know who we truly are. We are born, whole, worthy and with unique gifts.

The minute we take that first breathe though, the conditioning sets in.

We get conditioned by our parents, society, media to be people we really aren’t. It’s no ones fault, it’s part of the human experience.

This conditioning, however, takes you further away from your real self. The one that allows you to have a very fulfilling life.

The true self is: (from the oh so great Deepak Chopra)

✨Certain and clear about things.

✨Stable.

✨Driven by a deep sense of inner truth.

✨Is at peace.

✨Is unconditional love.

The Not-Self:

❌Gets influenced by countless outside influences, leading to confusion.

❌Shifts constantly instead of being stable in oneself.

❌Driven by the ego and external material things. Has a more “me” mentality instead of “we”.

❌Easily agitated and disturbed, constantly triggered by what others say and their actions.

❌Lacks internal love and therefore seeks it from outside sources.

How do we shift from the not-self to our true self?

Start asking yourself and attuning your awareness to the present moment. How are you feeling? What is it about this particular moment that is triggering you and why? What areas are you settling in? Where are you dishonoring your needs and putting others before yours?

Then you can ask- where did you get these traits, behaviors and beliefs from? They came from our childhood experiences and the people in our life then.

If you dive into this contemplation please celebrate yourself, this is deep work that will have a lasting shift within. ☺️

Let’s talk about fear! Fear is the number one core emotion that keeps us stuck & holds us back in our lives.

It keeps us from starting that business, asking that person out, taking that solo trip, you name it!

The fear is really the top layer though, when you boil it down it all comes to a fear of failing, fear of being rejected, fear of our safety, etc.

Here’s a fun fact though- fear cannot live in the present moment.

It’s a story we tell ourselves of a future “made up” scenario that we THINK will happen or a past experience that we THINK will repeat.

It’s all in our heads. We don’t know what will happen until we actually DO something. If it doesn’t turn out how you want, guess what- you’ll deal with it! We are resilient! 💪

You don’t want to be sitting on your death bed wishing you had taken more chances and lived a fuller life, do you? I know I don’t! 🙌

Fear cannot survive in the now.

So, the more present you can be, the less fear will take over your life and the more courage you will have to take those chances. The universe always suppprts us taking risks that benefit our higher selves. ❤️

Also, please note fear is still super important that we have to help us survive in those moments that we need it to warn us of danger. So don’t ever ignore it if there is a particular scenario playing out that involves your safety. ✨

This happens especially when we think back to our childhood and say to ourselves or others - “yea my childhood was great, we did this, we did that. Nothing traumatic happened.” 🤷‍♀️

In reality, things did happen. But our brains will always move us into pleasure and away from pain, hence why we think about the past abstractly.

The traumatic things that happened to us even “smaller experiences” such as getting made fun of at school or that one time we felt shame due to not getting a good enough grade and being punished for it, those instances are still there shaping your current reality, you just aren’t aware of it. 🙈

Nearly all of my clients come out of a session with me and they all say the same thing- “wow, I totally forgot that event/experience even happened!” and it was that crucial scene that was causing their issue today in life. 🙌

Doing the emotional healing on our childhood is key to thriving in life as an adult. I’ve done so much of mine and I still find things I’m uncovering and honestly it’s resulted in me being the happiest I’ve ever been. 🥰

When we learn something new, we create new connections between our neurons.

We rewire our brains to adapt to new circumstances.

This happens on a daily basis, but it’s also something that we can encourage and stimulate.

I always felt like the black sheep within my family.

My 4 siblings all took a very similar path in life where I always wanted to go against the grain, against the traditional road that gets laid out for us from a very homogenized type of lens.

I’ve never “followed the herd” so to speak. I always wanted to do things differently.

It wasn’t an easy life as a kid though. I felt like I didn’t belong, like I was different, and didn’t feel seen for my individuality.

This caused shame, fear, and deep insecurities within me that I needed to heal- so I could show up today loving every single unique thing that makes up my authenticity, my power, my gifts to share to others.

These past 2+ years (and currently) I devoted my time to that transformational self development process. It changed my life in more ways than I can count.

My relationships with my family, friends, clients and most importantly MYSELF are the best they’ve ever been.

I had to make a commitment to wanting to be a better version of me & it changed my life.

The subconscious work is soooo crucial because it’s where all of our shadow aspects live.

When I found Rapid Transformational Therapy and saw how quickly it worked- I was HOOKED! 🤗

I changed so much after one session, I couldn’t believe it! 🤯

I saw this in myself and see it with my clients, no matter the issue they come to me for.

Trauma leads to our behaviors in life. Trauma is not just extreme moments in life, it’s also any other event we went through that caused us pain.

-Someone close to you died when you were younger and so you picked up smoking bc they used to smoke and that keeps you connected to them.

-An unexpected breakup that now keeps you completely guarded and unable to open your heart up again.

-You got made fun of for saying the wrong answer in school and now you don’t ever speak your mind or speak up.

-You were physically or emotionally abused and now you don’t trust people and therefore can’t have deep relationships.

-A caregiver never put your needs first so you learned to also put everyone else before you.

The trauma list can go on and on.

These are all deeply painful as children and young adults to go through. We don’t have the necessary emotional skills to cope with them as young ones, so they form trauma inside our brains.

The brain then creates behaviors to avoid the repetitive event and reliving that painful feeling. This is SUPER unconscious BTW- again most of us don’t realize why we do what we do (it’s all linked to trauma).

❌So the smoking comes in

❌The people pleasing comes in

❌The avoidant relationship behavior comes in

❌The fear or speaking up comes in.

It’s all a tactic your brain does to move you away from that pain and to keep you from ever experiencing that traumatic event ever again.

But the brain doesn’t realize that these behaviors are keeping you back, keeping you from living a whole, expansive, healthy, love filled life.

We have the power to change, we just have to have the courage to ask for help.😘

Self-love is about maintaining your highest state of love for yourself that you can get. 😍

It’s ALWAYS putting your needs and self FIRST. 🙌

That’s not being selfish, that’s being of service. 🤗

When you are in your most optimal state, you not only are able to serve and give love to others but you also won’t look for love because it’s all inside you. 🥰

And then something beautiful happens….you shift. ✨

✨The people pleasing stops.

✨The needy behavior stops.

✨The incessant anxiety and worry in your life stop.

✨Your self-worth rises.

✨Your insecurities gone.

✨You look in the mirror everyday PROUD of who you are and how far you’ve come.

✨You thank YOURSELF for all the work you did to get here.

Because after all, self-love IS your highest self. ❤️

The process of deconditioning is one that is essential for our growth and coming back to our innate wholeness.

Most of us don’t even realize how conditioned we are (HI 🙋‍♀️I didn’t for a longggg time).

I didn’t think I had anything I needed to work on or “fix”. LOLZZZ 🙄

In my mind- I didn’t have any health issues, nothing super traumatic happened to me growing up (in terms of abuse, etc), I’ve had relationships, always thrived in career, had great connections with friends- my life was fine.

But was it?!

Did I want a FINE life? Because TBH my life wasn’t THAT great. 🤔

On a surface level, sure! But personally on a deeper more intrinsic level- not so much.

I was people pleasing my way through life, going out drinking a ton to numb the chronic stress I felt and also did some terrible things to people I loved.

Our behaviors are subconscious and when I tapped into that, it’s when all the ah ha’s came bubbling to the surface.

I had experienced emotionally painful situations as a kid and was conditioned to not feel and express those emotions.

I was conditioned to believe my worth comes from what my outer appearance looks like (thank you media and society!) 😒

I was conditioned to not speak my needs and boundaries because even if you did, you weren’t heard and they weren’t acknowledged.

So I started believing at a young age that I wasn’t worthy, wasn’t enough, wasn’t able to connect on deep levels.

What that gave me was a very surface level life. One that I wanted out of.

It’s a process though, a journey, an important element to us coming back to our most authentic worthiest selves.

We get one life, how do you want to live it?
