Did an incredible postpartum doula training with Carolyn Butler over the weekend. I learned so many new things including how to wear a baby with a wrap. Came in handy tonight! Wearing a baby for the first time and it feels amazing! I’m so incredibly blessed to be a doula and support families, knowing I can give them one of the greatest gifts of sleep!
