Managing tough situations and feelings on your own can be challenging. Finding solutions to navigate early sobriety can be challenging. I am here to support you.

I work with adults to attain self-appreciation, self-compassion, a calm mind, and a supportive network. I consider that many of the solutions you seek are inside of you. They can be hard to find but it is possible. Using some simple strategies like talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, I will work with you to identify goals and activities that fit with the life you are eager to live.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) and a psychiatric nurse working with adults. I provide individual and group therapy to work through the struggles of anxiety, depression, and recovery from addiction. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Motivational Interviewing to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs so you can improve everyday functions and increase the joy in your life.
