We hired Rafter O Honey, bee keeping, to safely remove a hive hat was on the exterior peak of our Wedding Barn.

What a neat experience to watch and learn from the man and his helper. The process was truly amazing to watch and we were given jars of honey, as well as, given some of the honey and wax from our hive.

Mesmerizing sunset at Hidden Vista Ranch tonight!

We are pleased that some of the lights for the wedding venue have arrived, with a few more expected to follow. We can’t wait to show you all what the final installation will look like all lite up.

The air conditioning specialists are working tirelessly to ensure the air system is in place for the wedding venue barn. This is a massive system ! We want to keep our guests nice and comfortable.

The calves' sitting on the hill in front of the event barn at Hidden Vista Ranch in Thorndale, TX, is a beautiful sight.

Where modern meets rustic! The general contractor is currently installing all interior doors (bathroom, closets, kitchen, storage room, bridal suite). We love their look!

Hidden Vista Ranch We are a Wedding and Event Venue located in Thorndale, Tx, near Granger Lake. Our Wedding Barn will be completed and ready for weddings beginning May 2024

The ceiling inside the wedding venue has been completed. Next up, the stair case inside and outside for the bridal suite .

The weather tonight through the weekend is amazing . Can’t wait to host bride and grooms here to experience what we do so many nights of the week.

We have a sign now on the wedding barn - we tested it last night with an extention cord until our electricity is connected to the building . It’s the biggest one flash point steel llc out of hutto has ever built and they did an amazing job !

We are Enjoying the beautiful rainbow this evening at Hidden Vista Ranch. More of the ceiling went up this week. Hopefully they will complete the ceiling next week. It’s looking so good .

They are still working on the inside ceiling but wow it’s looking even more amazing . We are getting closer to be able to book weddings .

The Tongue and groove ceiling is going up in the wedding barn . We are so excited to see the finished project .

I am Touching up the cabin for tomorrow’s guests and placing fresh chicken eggs in there for them . I had to stop and enjoy the beautiful trees changing colors in front of the log cabin .

I am in awe of the Thank you note and gift (ornament and coasters) our guests made and gave us as thank you . We have never gotten a gift and thank you from our guests . We are so thankful for this repeat client that stayed with us this past weekend .
They are so talented . We can’t believe they made these and they are too adorable to use .

Not only are we a wedding and event venue in the making, but we have great places for photo ops. Bring your photographer or hire ours.

The bridal suite is being framed (plumbing too) above the bathrooms and kitchen. The walls inside the main area are now ready for a paint selection. There are too many shades of white that this will be a process to select the right one . Any suggestions ?

Great luncheon today at the Taylor chamber of commerce. This was our first time visiting. The food was great, we got to meet a few other businesses and received so much information from the city on new growth .

The custom railings on the front and side patios are looking great. They just need to be painted black and wire added for a modern look.

We just went over to visit the construction site . The Fencing is almost complete. Today the walking gate was completed with our logo on them.

We are now waiting for the powder coated automatic iron gates to cure before they get installed. .

Custom railings are also making great progress. It’s getting exciting to see.
