✨ My name is Ciara ( LISW-S)👋🏽 I am a an independently licensed therapist with supervision designation (LSW’S hit me up for supervision!!!) ✨

✨ I opened Midwest in 2023 to provide quality* telehealth to all Ohioans! I want people to have easy access to therapy from the comfort of their own space!

✨ I provide therapy to those struggling with anxiety, adhd, depression, work/life stress using CBT, DBT, MI & TFCBT interventions. I use diagnostic assessments, treatment planning & progress notes to continuously measure client progress 📈

✨ Therapy is the best! I love watching clients progress into the most amazing versions of themselves & reach their goals 🥹

✨ All sessions are different & may or may not include: talking through life (past, present & future) & it’s many peaks/pits, lots of questions (some easy, some hard), weekly updates, goal setting & review, a few laughs & likely a few tears 🥲

✨ I am currently accepting clients & have ~new~ summer availability open now 🌈 I am excited to travel this summer & love that I can have flexibility managing my schedule! Work life balance is 🔑
