At FCN Bank, your security is our top priority. As we continue to support and serve our community, we want to ensure everyone is aware of the increasing presence of counterfeit bills. Here are some tips to help you spot fake money:

🔍 Check the Paper: Authentic bills are printed on unique paper. Feel the texture—real currency has a distinctive feel.

💡 Watermark: Hold the bill up to the light to check for a watermark. This should be visible from both sides of the bill.

💲 Security Thread: Look for an embedded thread that runs vertically and glows under UV light.

👀 Color Shifting Ink: Tilt the bill to see if the numbers in the bottom right corner change color.

🖊️ Use a Counterfeit Detector Pen: These pens can quickly help identify fake bills.
If you suspect you've received a counterfeit bill, please do not return it to the passer. Contact local authorities or bring it to FCN Bank, and we will guide you on the next steps.
