Set 2 of 3 of these guys. I don’t lift often because I teach so much, but it’s fun to play. Before this I did 3 sets of 10 with 40# loaded on the bar, super setted that with 3 sets of 10 dumbbell (2x12.5#) flys and reverse lunges before going for the heavier lifts. 3 sets of 3 with 90# in plates... I weigh in around 110# most days... not to shabby for a girl who rarely lifts heavy, it’s almost like low weight, high reps does something. 💁🏽‍♀️

Never give up on your goals, pull ups have intimidated me for a really long time, finally had the courage to attempt unassisted today and not only did I do one, but I did 3 sets of 2 chin over bar. Lesson? You are always stronger than you think you are.
